What do I need in order to rent from Premiere

Premiere requires a COI from all clients. Clients are also required to sign a final estimate with production terms and conditions before any production can begin.

Can I rent just equipment for my own crew and technicians?

Yes, qualified companies can rent equipment only if they have the technical expertise.

Can I pick up my rental equipment or do I need Premiere's delivery?

Yes, clients may pick up their rental order if they have an acceptable vehicle and proper insurances.

Are there delivery or service fees?

Premiere does not charge service charges, however there is a delivery and pickup charge for the equipment transportation.

How does payment work?

Large orders will require a downpayment. All orders require a payment in full at the close of an event. Payment may be made by check or online by credit card.

Does my company need to pay right away?

Clients may apply for credit terms. This is typically net 30. Credit may be refused for any reason.

What type of technicians do you have available?

Premiere has an extensive network of technicians and experts in all fields of AV including but not limited to: audio, video, lighting, camera operation and direction, computers/IT, graphic, powerpoint & design, rigging, set design, and project management.
